Well, quite a lot of fuss. If I didn't know better, I'd think we were dangerous.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Lenny Bernstein!

“Not dead yet!”

Lenny Bernstein!

Hee! Lenny is pretty big around here--he and I share a birthday. I have another piece by the same artist called "From the New World." It's a gorgeous piece.

Oh, I looked right past it! I love that picture so much.

Tep, I've got another New Yorker cover that I need to have framed that's going to be a lovely companion to that piece. I seem to have inadvertently started a New Yorker cover collection.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Well, for the most part, my office is finally DONE!

You need more shelf space.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

etiquette question. Is it kosher to pimp my sisters business in Buffistas?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

And I'll do the same for JZ.

Why don't you dandy yourself up at the same time and join the fun?

Yeah, that's the trouble with having lots of sex. All the showering you have to do, and the washing of sheets, and the risky business of unstable surfaces, and the rug burn, and the broken crockery... Yeah, it's just not worth it. Gosh, glad I'm not doing *that* anymore.

Zen for the win. Or, err, not. But I wholly sympathize with the sentiment.

::whimpers::

I know. I'm sitting here debating the merits of buying another 3x3 bookcase to stack on the one in the area just outside the door to the room.

And I'm thinking of mounting some more shelves in the closet.

I may have a slight problem.

Our wings are not tired

There can never be enough shelving.

I might have the same problem.

Though megan might be talked into it...

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Is it kosher to pimp my sisters business in Buffistas?

It would not bother me. But maybe you would do well to corner a Stompy about it.

Say, smonster, would it be too much like unsolicited internet advice if I inquired about the foster cat's diet? Harvey had some IBS-type issues as a youngster, and finding the right foods (or more specifically, which foods to avoid) did him a world of good. You don't have to answer, but if you and/or your roommate would like to converse on the topic, I'm here.

Speaking of Harvey, we're all really basking in the love y'all sent for him.

Yay for omnis being a finalist!

Yay for Hil's interview!

Yay for Drew's work lined up, not so yay for having to be on the other side of the continent from his new wife.

I seem to have inadvertently started a New Yorker cover collection.

I would have one. If Steve didn't use them to wrap presents. But I actually love that he uses them for that purpose. So I suppose I will never have a framed collection.

I am endeavouring to go through all of my travel photographs and decide on a few that are worthy of framing and hanging. You'd think that would be fun, but instead it's making me realize how few photos I have that aren't trying to capture something and failing.

I saw The Blind Side tonight and it was pretty much what I thought it would be. Sandra Bullock sold it, though. I think she's greatly underrated. Not a memorable dramatic actor, but a damned fine entertainer with deft comedic timing.
