Yay for Harvey havitued, Daniel!
That's good news, Hil. Much ~ma that they keep coming in.
I have reached the end of my first week of work! I iz happy, but with hurty feet still.
'Get It Done'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

For the Goth who doesn't have everything:
I'm torn between delighted acquisitiveness and an uncertain sense of inappropriateness.
Ask her if she wants the name/number of a guy who does good work for cheap.
Thanks, Zenkitty! My friend lives in a condo, and I think she wants the shovel to burrow down to ground level for her dogs eliminatory comfort. But I'll see if she has more ambitious needs, like getting her car out of the parking lot.
skippy skippy skippy.
I interrupt this thread to say, I am officially a finalist for the CA position. The announcement has come 3 weeks earlier than I expected. Squeezing in the 2nd interview will be difficult. Possible more info to follow, but must book on home so I can call HR gal back while not at work.
That's great, omnis.

WOOOOT! Go omnis!!
Fantastic!
Rushes through to end of thread.
Very cool indeed, Barb.
Aww, give Harvey a skritch for me.
So tired I haven't even put my inside pants on yet. I did make some crab cakes and asparagus for dinner though. For myself since the rest of the family has plans. Cooking is still relaxing even when exhausted.
Looks like the weekend involves cleaning tomorrow so I can Superbowl in cleanliness on Sunday.
Fred, are you in Florida? Good timing if so! Maybe the snow will prevent a flight home. If I am not buried Sunday morning we might wander down to Riverwalk in Fort Lauderdale for free jazz and a brunch picnic or something. Alas, it is impossible to know if I will be out from under until tomorrow some time.
eta: Woot! Go, omnis!
Yay, omnis!
A question for the hair coloristas:
A few months ago, a friend tried a suggested combination of henna and cassia on her hair, which was a medium blonde. It now has a somewhat uneven reddish hue. She has blonde and silvery gray roots. She'd like to see what her natural color looks like, but she'd also like to disguise the transition.
A henna website suggested a mixture of full fat yogurt and amla to remove or lighten henna, and she was going to try that.
Anyone have any suggestions?
(She and I got into this hair conversation because someone at work gave her completely unsolicited advice about what she should do to her hair.)
