I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Barb, that cover is pretty sweet!

Our wings are not tired.

Barb, I added you a long time ago, but I don't think you added me. I am truejavachik on flickr.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

smonster, were I still in-state I would come get you and Lucy and take you to the vet.

...But maybe not in the snow. Snow's a deal-breaker. Has she or you called the vet to ask about possible non-medical relief for the poor girl? If you say the magic word "rescue," most vets will be happy to give phone advice.

Can I just say we have no snow? And I'm perfectly happy about that. We did drive up Baker the other day, and while it's pretty, there needs to be another several feet for the melt to last through the summer.

The status is NOT quo.

I am pix_kristin (edited to add the underscore). I can't see the pretty picture yet.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Barb, I am miss_weber over on flickr. I would love to see the cover!

Question: if one joins the Buffistas group (there is one, right?) on flickr, aren't the pictures one posts to that group visible to all other members of that group? Isn't it possible to lock your personal photostream, but post selected photos to a group that's viewable to all its members?

By way of saying, Barb, if I'm recalling right and there is a Buffistas group, if you're a member of it you can just post the cover to that group and we all should be able to see it.

Unless I've got the process wrong, which is entirely possible.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Aw, Bev, thanks. I would take her but I have no vacation time. Thankfully the woman who used to foster her is going to take her.

Holy shit! A snow plow! Those things are like unicorns around here. Not that I'm going to drive today, oh hell no.

Headache getting worse. Time for ibuprofen and chili.

“Not dead yet!”

Bev, I am a member of Buffistas group on Flickr and that may well be an end around, but because the cover really is supposed to be somewhat under wraps, it's easier for me to keep control if I have it in my own photostream.

Besides, this is getting me off my slacker ass and adding people to my contact list.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

omnis, that library sounds great, and the building looks great - surely better than my university's humanities building, where the library is.

“Not dead yet!”

Barb, I actually uttered "oh, GOD" out loud in an awed tone of voice.

Oh YAY! When the time comes, i'm going to be telling my editor about all the happy responses. I think she's going to be really tickled.
