How well does angel food cake batter work as cupcakes?
I think it's a little dry for cupcakes, but maybe I've never had a great angel food cake.

I already know I need to go to three different offices for various aspects of getting licenses and the vehicles tested and registered-- I just need to know in what order these tasks need to be accomplished and nothing on any of the websites seems to answer this question in a sensible manner.
