Thanks. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do. I'm trying to distract myself, but music and TV are just irritating right now, and I can't find a book that I want to read that doesn't trigger something.

Wish I had a real cat. But it wouldn't be fair to put the "calm me down" job onto a cat. Kitty's job should just be to be a kitty.
