WS, as JZ says, those caps often have little tongues that have to be matched up with notches and then the cap can be pulled straight up.
That's how the last one was, I think. But this one... just ordinary threaded closure, but for some reason requiring a lot of brute strength.

vw, were you at the North Shore Mall Lush? We were there today too, probably around 1 or so? I got a bunch of crap including that 9 items for $25 kit thing, and then I bought enough stuff that I got this other mystery box for free! It has a lot of really good stuff. SO weird that it was free.
HA! That would have been hilarious, but no. We were at the Burlington Mall. I had to pick something up that I'd bought but was back-ordered at the huge Crate and Barrel. Were your people wearing mustaches? Apparently it's a company-wide mustache party day or something. N was totally charmed by that.
OK, I finished making the blueberry bars, cut them into sorta-even pieces, and wrapped them up to bring tomorrow. Also taste-tested for quality control.
my pick line came out. they came & redid it third time. now in right hand. can't use it. slept for 3 hours also.
