Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Hello, Bitches.

Lo, lo and behold, for I can haz free time to play on the interwebs! Wheeeee!

(Free time = not having every minute of my day with things to do. I love the end of the semester!)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Morning. Got to the end and nothing much to say. Alas. I felt really shitty last night, but managed to get through my before bed routine so I was set up to go this morning. Got to work on time and everything, yay! Speaking of work, I should get back to that.

{{hugs to them as wants 'em, just because}}

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Gronklies. My flight got canceled yesterday, and the best of the options they gave me for a new flight was SF to Phoenix to Detroit to DC, with a three-hour layover in Detroit from about 2 to 5 AM. Didn't really get too much sleep. Got home, fell into bed, and slept a lot.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Hil}}} That sucks.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Ugh, Hil. Glad you're back home at long last, at least.

Halp! I want a new bag to safely ensconce my netbook, and I am trying to decide between: this shoulder bag that looks so pretty and is excellently reviewed and looks to have a lot of space in there for the variety of things I pick up during my day. I'm afraid I might get pulled out of alignment though, a previous shoulder bag (not as well made) made my back ache a lot.

Option #2: So Pretty! Also, the most expensive of the bunch. Courier bag. But pretty. Also well reviewed, but by fewer folks.

Option #3: Rugged. but not reviewed on Zappos, though I did find this and this. Looks maybe too utilitarian, though- I want something cute.

Thoughts? Advice?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I like the second and third bags best.

Our wings are not tired.

#2, pretty!

Nora, I like the second one best.

I just found out there is going to be an anniversary party for my aunt and uncle on Valentine's Day. I don't feel like spending Valentine's Day with my family.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Happy birthday to Laura's wee baby boy. 18!?! Wow.

I like bag #2

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

#2 is definitely the cutest.

I'm having Progresso hearty tomato soup and a microwave melty cheese sandwich. This will fortify me with warmth against the nasty, icky, white shit falling from the sky, right?
