You like ships. You don't seem to be looking at the destinations. What you care about is the ships, and mine's the nicest.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

My deck is the Ukiyoe Tarot. I love it dearly.

Oh my. That's gorgeous too.

How is it that I've run across so many poorly realized decks?

Or, is it that Buffistas just have universally great taste?

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

My main deck is the Halloween tarot. Go on, look surprised.

I also have the Vertigo deck (the original printing), the Froud Faerie Oracle, and the Victoria Regina tarot.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I have the The Lover's Path Tarot.

I do too, thanks to you. &hearts. I love it. I don't read with it often, but I take it out and pet it, leave it out so I can see it and smile. It was done by the same artist as The Goddess tarot, and just as beautiful, if not more.

I have the Aquarian, too, but I prefer another one done by the same artist, the New Palladini. It's a bit more fluid than the Aquarian, but frankly the main thing that puts me off that one is the cobalt-orange-brown color scheme.

Jilli, have you seen the Victorian Romantic tarot? It's probably not as dark as you'd like, but I love the sense of humor. One I think you would like is by the same artists, the Bohemian Gothic. The old horror movie poses and sets are fun.

I have the second, smaller set of the Vertigo book and deck, found nearly new, MIB. And I lucked across a slightly battered set of the larger, original cards, no box, no book. But the cards alone were cheap and give me larger versions to study.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I have Motherpeace. Haven't used it in years, but I finally have a table I can lay them out on, again, so I should be able to fix that soon.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hey, that means I am smonster! That means I get good hair and the ability to belly dance, awesome!

Does that mean I get a fabulous wardrobe and two bookshelves of vampire books?

Calli, I have a masseuse to recommend but she's in Hillsborough. She's a friend but she's also done massage on me and I can vouch. Plus she's just an amazing person and very wise.

Still at the show, taking a break in the back room. You can definitely spot the Phish fans by their dancing. And their white people dreads.

brillig

I've got the Mage:The Ascension deck [link] somewhere. How handy it was when Hubby was the manager of a game/comic book store.

Oooh. I really like the Bohemian Gothic deck.

I'm with you about the color scheme on the Pallidini deck. Nice imagery...and I see what you mean about it being less static than the Aquarian...but the colors wouldn't work for me.

Funny how details like that are so important.

Just like how it took me nearly a year to find the right wind chime to hang in my foyer. I knew that hearing it every time the door opened for however many years (11, so far) could be lovely or loathsome. Fortunately, I chose well.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Best screen kiss ever.

::looks around for Cass. nods::

Oh. My. God. Yes.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Nicole- i use massage envy as well (still haven't found a really great masseuse but have ruled out one entirely..) and i frequently ask specifically for no oil in the hair and have never had any problems with that.
