I've seen honest faces before. They usually come attached to liars.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Yay for hot Barb! And the heat being on, too.

smonster, are there other cats in your household? Spraying Cat might prefer to be the Only Cat. Is he neutered?

askye, how tall is that cat tree? Product info says 66", but the review says over 6'.

Thrive to spite them

The base of the top perch is just above eye level for me and I'm around 5'7" ish.

“Not dead yet!”

Am I a whackjob for taking care to bundle all my cords and tying them neatly together with wire ties so that they're somewhat neat and hidden? The rest of my family is looking at me like I'm nuts.

Then again, it's my office so I can do whatever the hell I want, right?

And I have an office! A real one! With a door that closes!

(I know I'm a spoiled git. I apologize.)

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Not a wackjob, Barb. Spaghetti cords are visual clutter and make me antsy.

I'm sorry about Jasmine's UTI, but glad the rest of the crew did well on the transit. And I'm happy you have heat. And an office with a door that closes. Now you won't have to Nessman the masking tape.

smonster, sorry about the spraying. Such a nuisance.

Want new pictures of Shanie!

We got the last picture up in the living room today. I was askeert it was going to close in the room--we've gotten used to nice expanses of wall. It cozied it some, but it hasn't made it seem smaller at all. I have my leaving childhood and fantasy through probability to reality progression on my walls now, and it pleases me. Pictures will be taken. Someone needs to kick my butt and make me upload them.

No! All cords should be like that!

ION, oh my god, I had heard people saying that Up was sad (or had serious cry points), but JESUS CHRIST, NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS THAT SAD!!!!

Ahem.

I may have Issues.

(We hadn't seen it when it was in theatres, and my dad gave it to us for Christmas, so we watched it tonight. Obvs.)

“Not dead yet!”

I knew I could count on my Bitches. ::nods::

smonster, sorry about the spraying. What a horrid thing. I'm grateful that Jack doesn't feel the need to mark that way. Although, he did park himself behind the sofa and poop, just once, just to let us know who's in charge.

Cats is weird.

Boy, I don't know. The last time a movie gutted me like this was (I think) Truly Madly Deeply. Not even Brokeback Mountain got me like this.

I had UP in my queue but I haven't been able to watch Brokeback yet (I read the short story) so maybe I should take it off.

The status is NOT quo.

Huh, really? I mean, it's sad in the first twenty minutes, but then it's pretty uplifting, I thought. Happy ending, and all.
