Jeepers, I shouldn't be crying over just pictures, but I am! Kristin and Drew, you two look so gorgeous and HAPPY! Congratulations, again and again.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I kinda felt the same way - I mean, I get crying AT a wedding, but we weren't even there. Except we were. The same way we are here for each other at any other time. The soul doesn't care about physical location.

That is an excellent way to put it; so very true.

I'd like to ask some of that powerful Buffista health~ma for one of my clients, who has a long-term skin condition, which is flaring up rather badly, at least partly in reaction to some of the treatments given for the condition. It's painful and itchy, and keeps the person from sleeping, as well as causing some challenging behaviors. The usual dermatologist said she couldn't do anything more, time to go back to the Mayo clinic at Rochester. But can't get in to the dermatologist there, for a few weeks yet. The primary care physician has been more useful and sensible than the local specialist. This person needs relief, and needs it soon.
~ma for your client, Andi. The dry weather right now sure doesn't help the situation any, I'm sure. ::scratches at right leg::
Just a brief update while I await my flight. Though my Boston trip started out disastrously, it definitely improved. We got used to eachother again, and spent hours unpacking his place. I got him out of suitcases and boxes and feeling lost, and Original Flava Steve started emerging. I worked my ass of the last two days while he was working, and trekked to Home Depot and a zillion other stores to whip his place into shape. He now has shelves in all of his closets, which helps.
Something clicked for him on Monday and he started being himself again (and so then I also became much less irritable). He took me to the restaurant we went to three years ago when we fell in love in this lovely city, and said very sweet things. Last night he took me and Jesseh to a really nice dinner, too.
So things are better. I really appreciate everyone's support in my hours of crisis.
That's really great to hear, java. It's amazing how discombobulated moving can leave a person. Just knowing where all your stuff is can leave you feeling like yourself, again.
Can someone provide a distraction to a couple of my tenants so that I can totally steal their two year old that looks JUST LIKE Emeline??
Emeline at two or Emeline now?

Going to tell Emeline that she has competition?
