Not quite factual. We actually met and kept company at the Hellmouth Cafe chat room, for quite some time before Daniel and askye pointed me here. But we definitely met face to face after I delurked here.

Y'all, so many of my friends are headed to Pasadena tomorrow for the game on Thursday. I am so freakin' jealous! I'll be here, in the freezing cold, watching on the teevee.
Right, so, uh, getting the wisdom teeth out in the morning with a local anaesthetic and nitrous oxide - I don't have to go in fasting, do I? I can have a light breakfast a few hours ahead of time, right?
The internet says not to eat eight hours before wisdom teeth surgery.
I don't remember doing anything different pre-extraction. Except this - take some advil (not aspirin) before you go in to help minimize the post op ache.
I think that might be for IV sedation, Laga. I did find something that specifically says with nitrous plus local, no need to change eating habits. It took me several tries to find a search string that got the goods. Oddly enough, your post helped inspire the right combo of words.
