I just got back to DC and realized that I left the power cord to my MacBook in NJ. I've still got my netbook, so I'll be using the tiny screen and keyboard until my parents send me the mac power cord.
I got new shoes [link] and a new bag [link] (like that one but not patent.) I also have a bunch of new clothes, so I am now ready to be dressed for interviews. Not sure if I'm actually ready for interviews, but at least I have clothes to wear and things to carry my resume and computer in. I still need to buy some black socks.

DH went to the Bronco game and forgot his phone at home. So much for him texting me with what he needs me to get from the store for him to make dinner tonight. Oh well, we have tons of leftovers to plow through anyway.
So... I cleaned the house on NYE since we had his parents over on the 1st for a postponed Christmas, and I gave Ashton cat a much-needed bath yesterday, so today has been declared Slounge Day. In honor of Shrift's Birthday! The only thing I *have* to do is drive to my massage appt in a few hours. Today is shaping up to be a good day.

I loved my little ceremony up at Red Rocks, but if I ever get married again, I'm going to Fiji. This is an overhead shot from my friend M's wedding in December on Vomo Island. Just gorgeous.
