Can't wait to see pics of you in the dream dress, Erin. When the time is right.
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Also, someone tell me to step away from the YouTube - I've been watching Firefly clips again, and the heart, she breaks all over again.
Lovely hypothetical outfit, Erin! Does not need bacon.
t I did do that on purpose

The past tense of the verb "to lead" is "led", NOT "lead".
Though yours are pretty grr-worthy too.
I didn't sign up for the X-mas potluck this year because I'm taking a vacation day that day. I can't vouch for why nearly no one else has signed up.
smonster, I'll join the ranks of the unhelpful since I can totally see you rocking highlights or allover red or allover wine.
So this Friday I'm supposed to be going to Disneyland with a friend for her b-day. It's turned from a group thing to a foursome to now it's just her, her fiance, and me. It's Disneyland, so I can still have fun, even as a shudder third wheel. But I could also stand to save the money (seriously) and use the time to study for a final on Saturday. I'm trying to figure out how to phrase a "No seriously, I'd be fine not going if you might like to just go with A (I've been to D-land 2 other times in the past 6 mos), I wouldn't mind - but I'll totally go if you really want me to because it's your b-day (b-days are near sacrosanct with me, plus she went to D-land on my b-day with me), but do you really want ME, specifically, there?" It feels like a delicate balance...though I'm probably just being dramatic about it. Hey - any LAistas wanna make a foursome with me and some total strangers this Friday?
Oh, and catching up on my lurking in Natter I post this for Jilli:
Sit beside the breakfast table, think about your troubles
Pour yourself a cup of tea, then think about the bubbles...
Morning (just barely), All.
I seriously just had to do a double take at that. I only have one more class to teach and I'm done for the day! It seemed odd that it was still morning. Of course, it's not here.

That is a ticky situation. I have no advice but I can give sympathy.

I'd love to be in SoCal right now and go to Disneyland with you. Unfortunately, I have to work this week. And, I have a show opening Thurs night (and closing...it's only 1 performance!). I guess I need to be here.
Awwww, EpicTangent! Now I need to put on The Point! soundtrack.

You could go to D-land!

I want to go to Disneyland! Right now!
Heh...almost hesitate to post this, given where it'll lead and all that, but a good rule is that "lay" applies to inanimate objects.
