Willow: That's a work ethic! Buffy, you're developing a work ethic! Buffy: Do they make an ointment for that?

'Beneath You'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Everytime the homeless guy whips out the knife to cut the sandwich and Danny flinches, I flinch too. But mostly cause I know Dan's woobie face is coming.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

The ultimate Dan woobie face: when his dad comes to visit the set.

Deadly.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

That's got Dana's whole Lion King bit in it too. I love that episode. (The Quality of Mercy at 29K, not the one with Dan's dad.)

And telling him his haircut looked kinda gay? And saying that he had to go, because he was double-parked?

OMGOMGOMG

That's the episode my boss' brother wrote!!

No it isn't - I was wrong. He wrote "The Local Weather". I'm conflating again.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

If fucking Isaac Jaffe says it, it's true.

PREACH.

FWIW, there are already three or four gay bars in that neighborhood. I doubt very much that the Cordoba Group would be surprised by this fact.

Ahaha, good to know. The comedian who's getting famous for that little smartass bit has otherwise demonstrated that he thinks calling someone "gay" is not only an insult, but a funny one. So fuck you very much, Gutfield. Seriously, I watched his interview with Glenn Beck (the things I do for truth ::shudder::) and Beck said, "Gee, I wouldn't want that next to MY church and Gutfield said NOTHING.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I think an AR-15 is really a better choice.

Gud is correct. AK-47s are notorious for locking up. AR-15s are a lot more reliable.

I think Obama's stance on abortion is personally pro-life but he recognizes that both sides have the same goal--fewer abortions. His approach to that goal, comprehensive education, health care and education is more in line with pro-choice parties.

The parrallells between Matt Santos and Barack Obama are eerie.
