I'm so sorry, Debet.
Steph, all the strength in the world to you today, and to all who loved her.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I'm so sorry, Debet.

Aw, Kate.

(just 'cause even though some time has passed, it doesn't mean the pain has lessened)
Thanks, Nora. I will always take more punctuation!
I've mostly been OK, but have had a few rough times recently. Several people, including Mark, have asked whether I might want to see a therapist myself; at first I said I thought I'd be fine without it, but have recently been thinking, what could it hurt?? So I guess that's my project for the week, to look into what my options for therapy might be. Yay?
I'm going to go home and hang out in the basement with the kitty.
Good choice. Talk to her. Say the things you want to say to her. It'll help in the future.
I am so sorry to hear of another sick beloved pet in here.
And Teppy, listen to everyone; they're wise.
Happy birthday, Aims!
Happy belated birthday, Fred Pete!

Steph, I also concur with the wise Buffistas: it's totally okay to cry at the funeral. Hell, I cried delivering the eulogy at FiL's funeral. People understand the grieving. Sending peaceful vibes your way.
Happy belated Fred. I've been hit and miss with the birthday wishes. I'm sorry I missed on yours.
I've totally missed a lot of birthday wishes and anniversaries here. Mostly because I do 95% of my b.org reading on the iPhone and writing on it is not my fave. But I try not to miss anyone on Facebook, because I loved loved loved reading my "wall" on my birthday and seeing all of the "Happy Birthdays!"
I offer this as evidence of how good Matilda was with Chile Pepper yesterday! [link]
