Do you still use Massage Envy? I recall you not liking them once, I think. But I went to John's Landing and it was good. Told them the style I wanted (fix what I've broken and I don't care if it hurts) and they had a dude who kicked my ass in a good way. I was totally impressed. Especially with the receptionist who listened and put me with the right person.

yeah, it's super convenient (not to mention just across the street from PT office) and i can get an appt on short notice. Plus i found a gal there who i like, and have blackballed the one really awful one who tried to push my sacrum through my pelvis.

Vortex, we took off all of the packaging and put it in the recycling, but I just ran out and went through the dumpster for ya. :) It's called "Princess Expressions Travel Kit". It was super cheap but Matilda loved it.

Morning all. Ooh, a massage sounds nice. Maybe I'll get one this week. I need to go swimming too. I've given up on doing anything productive in the near future, despite having much to do. Maybe tomorrow.
I know about the 'crossing arms in front of the priest' thing in the Catholic church, from being Anglican and once enquiring as to whether I could take communion in a Catholic church (the answer is no). And I'm used to lots of unconfirmed people in my church doing a similar thing. I've never done it, though, because it seems weird, and I'm not sure I'd always want a blessing. Two of my cousins got married in Catholic churches, ours being an Irish family, and both times I stayed in my pew during communion. Anyway, I hope it's not too stressful, Steph. At least you know it's a well-known practice, now!
