Fred: Oh my God! Angel, you're…cute! Angel: Fred, don't! Fred: Oh, but the little hands! And the hair! Angel: Hey! You're fired.

'Smile Time'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

not your mom's socks.

Jars, good luck! hope those 'interested media types' aren't my peeps over there... though it would be interesting if it were! And then we would have to have a long conversation.

Hec, yep that was me ringing - maybe we can get HKFan and Matilda together to compare notes on tiaras while a bunch of us, including you and JZ, grab some lunch somewhere on the 5th? We have no idea what the plan is yet, only that we're likely flying in on the 4th and out the evening of the 5th... but it would be fun to meet up!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Much strength to you and Tim's family, Steph.

Compassionately intolerant

Godspeed to Tim's mom and peace to all who love her.

Blessings on you, Steph. What a wonderful, painful and challenging experience.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am so very sorry, Tep. It is such a good thing that you could be there for Tim.

I'm getting the pig!

Steph, I'm so sorry for your loss. Peace and comfort to those that loved her and will miss her. I'm glad you had the opportunity to know her and that she had comfort in the fact that Tim will have an amazing partner to help him through this.

“Not dead yet!”

Many brackets to Steph, Tim, and Family. You did great, Steph-- absolutely amazing through the whole thing.

And I'm really glad that Tim got that one night at home before the end. It's probably giving him some strength to get through the next few days. (Not to mention, you.)

Also, SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE, seriously? Come ON.

The best gift after my dad died was my mom's friend (who was a widow and had been through it herself) who came over right after we got home from the hospital and brought groceries: coffee and sandwich fixings and huge packages of toilet paper and soap. She said "You will have lots of visitors in the next few days and you don't want to have to think about feeding yourselves or keeping this stuff stocked up." It really helped.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

My condolences to the Boy, you and his family, Tep.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I am terribly sorry about Tim's mom Tep, and in awe of how you have handled yourself.
