{{Teppy and Tim}} You guys have all my sympathy. Standing vigil is hard, but well worth it, I think. I got to do that with my aunt and it made it much easier to let go when we could see how ready to go she was.
'Serenity'
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
My condolences to Teppy and the Boy and family.
It's a few degrees sadder when the good ones go.
((((Teppy, Boy, and family))))
There's a certain comfort in post-death rituals. Knowing that you now have to do X, Y, and Z means you can just do them without thinking. Which isn't the worst thing in the world at a time when you really aren't up to thinking.
Much peace to you, The Boy, and his family, Steph.
Teppy, my deepest sympathies to you and Tim and his family.
My condolences to you, Tim and his family, Teppy.
Steph, much comfort to you and to Tim and his family. All our sympathies are with you today.
Special snowflake CALLS within 5 minutes and even said "I know you said not to call, but I'm so upset for you guys!"
OMFG. People. ::thwaps::
Sweet fuckity bollocks.
I'm so stealing that. And it sucks that you got no prep time.
WTF, Special Snowflake? Ugh.
What Fred Pete said. Rituals are surprisingly comforting.
Peace and grace and blessings to all.
