Angel's lame. His hair goes straight up, and he's bloody stupid!

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That is a great photo, Steph.

When my mom was dying (at home, under hospice care, and God bless hospice because Mom hated hospitals so very much), she had about a day where she was unconscious, with the low vocalizations. My dad, sister, and I took turns sitting with her, holding her hand and talking to her. We didn't know how aware of things she was, and we didn't want her to feel alone. It was hard, but I'm glad we were able to do it.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

WindSparrow! Fonts! Board!

(I apologize, my mind seems to be stucked on Fire Bad, Tree Pretty).

Edit: Mein Gott, if I have ever posted here in a bad time... Sorry, all.

Our wings are not tired.

{{Teppy, Tim, and loved ones}} I hope people got some rest over night. I was with my dad when he passed. My sibs and I took turns. I know how much it helped him to be surrounded by his loving family.

Hi Shir!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Nice list, Shir.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

So much love to you and The Boy and family, Steph. I'm glad she wasn't alone, and I'm glad that they had some time to say their goodbyes.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

The family is all Christian (mosly Catholic, with some Lutheran thrown in, and Tim identifying as [his words] a free agent), and so they believe that she's in heaven, and that does give them comfort. (It's what I, too, believe.)

It's still fucking hard to let go.

I have to thank everyone for their prayers and good thoughts over the past few days. I truly believe that they helped this be as peaceful as possible.

Thanks, folks.

I'm so sorry for your and Tim's loss, Steph. I'm sure knowing that Tim had your love and support made his mum's passing a little easier.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

{{{Steph, Tim, Family}}} Peace to all of you. So glad you all had these last few days together.
