Aims, HR requires a job description for all roles and usually reviews and updates them annually. They could just be doing to normal annual updating. I just updated mine and my direct reports' for HR.

OK, I just got massively freaked out by FB--my old college roomie was listed as having added some friends. And one picture looked...just like me. But was not my profile pic. WTF? Did she refriend me or something? And I click on it, and it's....someone else. Not me. But the picture? I looked at it and went "Wait, is she USING MY PICTURE???" ...and then I looked at it a little more, and realized no, it's not actually a picture of me. But...I REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS. Seriously. WTF?!?! Doppelganger?? She has a different nose. But the same eyes, and hair, and chin...
