Zoe: So you two were kissin'? Book: Well. Isn't that... special?

'Our Mrs. Reynolds'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Much ~ma for SuziQ's cousin's wife, and also for Scrappy's friends' baby.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

chlorine is def not good for hair dye, especially fresh. if you can't keep yr hair dry, at least soak it in fresh water first and then a protective conditioner. Second hand knowledge to this avid swimmer.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Anyone ever had a t-shirt quilt made? Or make one?

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Just saw Sorcerers Apprentice. While I am not a Nick Cage fan, I will say, this wasn't bad at all. One thumb up. Some nice special effects.

Dana, I haven't done one, but I expect that the relevant bits of t-shirt material would have to be attached to fabric stabilizer and/or basted to a stouter fabric. It shouldn't be too huge a deal, however.

Oh, I have no plans to try anything like that myself. I'm poking around at websites that offer them. Or if there's a Buffista who was interested in a commission...

If you find a good one Dana, let me know--I keep thinking I want to get all my tshirts from college theater (we did one for each show we were in) made into a quilt, rather than just packed up in a box to not wear.

not your mom's socks.

A while ago I'd thought about getting a real corset as reward for hitting a goal and motivation to keep going... I'd still like to, but stepping away from the VCcraxy for a month has restricted the budget, and we are in massive saving mode to go visit my sister. I'm thinking (and making public here) that if I'm still on goal at this point next year, I will have one of these newfangled corset thingies.

The goal was to get back into shape before my birthday. I think it's one of the first new years resolutions I've remembered past February. Go me.

Our wings are not tired.

Go you indeed! Achieving goals is award deserving.

Doing chores and waiting for the annual stream of motorcycles to go by. They have this fund raising thing yearly and all the townspeople go out in their yards and wave as they go by. Gorgeous day so there should be a big turnout.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Apparently Old Spice Guy made a bunch of video responses this week to a variety of tweets.
