Nice pictures, Shir! Seeing Israeli women in the military makes me think of Y: The Last Man. Have you read it? One of the major characters in the series is an Israeli soldier. Since all the men died, Israel was the only country left with a strong army.

I know no such word. There is such word in German, but not in English.
