Or maybe you could just be Buffy, he'll see your amazing heart, and he'll fall in love with you.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That's great, PC.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

She hates cilantro.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

So I think I just went on my first-ever successful date.

Let there be rock! t rocks out

She hates cilantro.

She's a keeper!

She actually questioned my hate of cilantro. She didn't think I hated it enough. In fact, she thought I secretly liked it.

So the Indian and the Cilantro is the new Princess and the Pea?

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I've got another phone interview tomorrow. Maybe this one will actually lead to something.
It wasn't too long ago when we were waiting on word for an interview. Now we are waiting for the next step in progression, a job offer! I am confident the right job will be offered soon. Good luck with the latest interview. You will be great. Also, you will be awesome with your defense, I just have that feeling.

Let's see what you got, Hamster Girl.
So I think I just went on my first-ever successful date.
Sweet! Congrats! This is awesome news. Many happy follow up dates. I would add to the YouTube thing with a request for a webcam view of your mothers face when you do the the I-Told-You-So dance. But first, a couple more awesome dates. Yipee! :: throws glitter ::

ImeN- This weekend was rather productive. Yesterday was a lot of cleaning/unpacking/moving things around. With the lift out of order, I didn't get a bunch done, but I still made some great headway. Today was all about the kitchen. I cleaned it up a bunch, and made a kick ass lasagna for some friends who came over. Might be my best yet. I used a lot less sauce, so it wasn't as soupy, and tasted great. A yummy Italian sausage (made with chicken & turkey meat) 3 cheese lasagna, and my garlic bread (garlic press half garlic into slowly melting butter, spoon on to sliced open bread, cover in tons of mozzarella cheese, toss in oven for 10-ish minutes). But just as I was letting the sausage cool, and mixing up the cheese filling, the dishwasher decided it was a good time to explode the hose under the sink, spewing water everywhere. Just what I needed. But it all worked out ok. Had a great evening.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I am being taken out for high tea at Fortnum and Mason's and then to some sort of secret evening thing and being bought tickets for the Lovebox festival on Saturday to see the superb Codeine Velvet Club. Yes, I have turned (*cough*) today. We're saying I'm 103. Because it sounds cute. Well, it does when I say it.

Date sounds good, P-C! Wishing you many further successful dates with her!

Happy Birthday Seska! Have a good one!

Am very jealous of high tea. I would very much like a lovely scone with jam and clotted cream right about now.

Am very jealous of high tea.

I can afford it about once a year. Hence the birthday treat. I will also be replenishing my supplies of F&M's Royal Blend, which is the best tea in the entire universe, and which I also manage to make last a year.
