I'm glad for your DH, Connie. But still, whoa.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
good luck, Connie. May everything be smooth and easy
Kara paid me an odd compliment, telling me that I should get over the step- part of the relationship, saying "You've been married to my dad for longer than my mom has been married to any of her husbands altogether." So she can see her mom in a clear light, which has been a dread of Hubby's, that his ex would succeed in raising her to have the same disposable-husband mentality. *Kara* has been married to her husband longer than her mother has been married to any man. The infinite variety of relationships is weird.
Why don't I live in Venice? Seriously WHY DON'T I LIVE IN VENICE????
If you watched the sixth episode of the current season of Doctor Who, you would know.
Sounds like she has grown up. Very Cool.
I am up and having breakfast before I go down to personnel on Deck 4 to get my ID reencoded for yet another new cabin. Hopefully I won't have to wait too long before I can get into that cabin.
Connie, it sounds like an actual happy ending - reconciliation for your husband and his daughter, without dreaded neediness for you to deal with. But yeah, some processing required.
Sean, I just had the chance to look at your Italy pictures. They're gorgeous! TCG wanted me to compliment you on your photography skills.
Driving to Baltimore in torrents of Buckets of rain is quite the experience! We are having dinner at my favorite Indian place tonight with friends, though, and I would walk if necessary.
Waiting for baby to wake up from his nap. My right breast is about to explode. Yeah, yeah, TMI.
