Never goes smooth. How come it never goes smooth?

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ya, I figured that one. It just took, what, 3 false starts to get to that one. I loved how Stark had the death and puberty rites before wedding vows. It was a rather cool wedding. On the whole, I really loved that flick. Much better than the whole last season. And it really blew away the Stargate made for TV movies, which were rather blah.

Yah, best wedding ever.

But I think my single favorite line was after John fires off the wormhole weapon, and somebody (I forget who) says "You can't do that" (or something to that effect).

"I ALREADY HAVE!"

Wah! Season 5 of Doctor Who can be found. Not on Demand. Not on website. Just on Zune (Xbox) or iTunes for $3 an episode. And I can't justify that, when I know it'll be on DVD soon, and I can Netflix it.

Howdy peeps!

So, I am at Heathrow, checked in, and waiting to board. I simultaneously don't want to leave, and can't wait to get home and sleep in my own bed.

I have lots of little souveniers (mostly a lot of maps and museum tickets and brochures), and even managed to spend my last £20 note on a sandwich, and a nice new watch from the duty-free.

Aaaand I just now noticed that this internet kiosk only needed a £1 minimum coin payment, and not the two that I dropped in. Oh well. I still have a £1 coin, and several smaller ones, as well as a small collection of € coins. It would have been neat to keep a few notes as well, but that will have to wait for the next trip.

More details and pictures and videos when I'm home, rested, and have taken care of business.

Next post will be from stateside!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I can't wait to see your pictures and hear more stories, Sean!

Safe trip home, Sean! I'm looking forward to seeing the pics as well.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Safe travels home, Sean!

Ireland approved gay civil partnership yesterday. I'm very happy, even if the bill is far from perfect (no provision for children of gay couples). Baby steps though!
