[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Travel days are often just crappy in general. I hope the last day of your vacation, and London, are fantastic!

Yeah, I think the PixDesigns will come up with a name when they finally get to actually meet and love their new puppy.

Really? That's what you come back with?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

You could easily spend your whole day in the British Museum. The Victoria and Albert is also pretty awesome.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I hope you have a good day in London tomorrow, Sean!

I remember seeing a BBC tv movie about The Knowledge (which might have been called that, for all I know) back in the 1980s, IIRC.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Sean, I honestly was not trying so hard to crap all over the only bright spot in your life.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

ooh, I just found out that there's going to be an IHOP in Columbia Heights ... same building as Target.

Now tagless for your comfort.

If I had only one day in London, the Tower would be it. Sorry it's been crappy, Sean. I've had short and long but wonderful stays in London with no problems. Paris was the worst for me.

I hope you have a good day tomorrow to finish up the stellar trip!

Sean, sorry London isn't being as good as Italy (but then, what could be?). I'm so glad you've been having a wonderful time. Remember the good times, brush off the bad (and remember - they're English - I don't think "warm" is high on the list of things they're good at ... they're the people who invented the stiff upper lip). Remember the girl in Siena. Remember Galileo's tomb. Remember the good food.

Right now, I'm trying pretty hard not to feel like every friendly person I've met in the last week and a half secretly hated me, and was cursing at me, and since I've spent quite a great deal of time over the last year trying not to feel like everybody I knew secretly hated me and was cursing at me, I'm having a pretty hard time of it.

But I'm also pretty tired, so I think I'll just go to bed, and hope everybody isn't secretly hating me tomorrow.

I have so little memory of my few days in London, much more I remember the rest of my trip--Scotland and the places we went there. I have no idea why. Hmmm.
