Aims food poisoning update:
She's okay. She's resting, and has been most of the afternoon/evening. The symptoms are mostly gone, it seems. I hope she'll feel all better by morning.
Drusilla ,'Conversations with Dead People'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Quick recovery wishes, Empress! And thanks for the update, MM.
The pita place that recently opened near me has feta cheese mixed into their "original" hummus. Who puts cheese in hummus? Or, at least, who puts cheese in the default hummus? I guess I can see it as a topping or mix-in or whatever, but not an ingredient in the plain hummus.
Feel better soon, Aims! We need you at your royal best.

So Frankie is sulking on his doggie bed instead of sleeping with me, b/c I had the unmitigated temerity to give him a B A T H. I'd get up and watch Leverage, but I need to be up early tomorrow for a work thing.
When we used to have a dog, she hated baths but she knew they were inevitable so while D got the towels and shampoo she would climb forlornly into the tub and wait for him.
I've already finished one book, and watched all of Season 2 of True Blood and am working my way through Season 9 of CSI at the moment. I've got things to distract, it's mainly cabin fever.
What's the weather like?
I saw lighting a few minutes ago, I assume we are going around a storm.
It's the North Atlantic, so it's chilly and windy out most of the time.
so strolling around on deck won't be very nice.

OMG, that's so sad. Poor puppy. Also, I'm laughing, because I am slightly evil.
