Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I think I've seen that one. Something like 'they should call them chaps + ass'?

All is well that ends in pizza.

It really chaps his ass that people call them assless chaps.

Happy Birthday, JZ!

And lots of ~Ma for your mother, Maria.

My cat Tanuki (havent't heard from the lady with the found cat yet) is complaining, complaining, complaining - I think it's the heat and humidity. Sadly, I am with her on that and wish I could do something about it.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Congratulations, Jessimoon! I'm very excited for your family.

We're back from Perkins for brunch where we saw many Buffitae. Lilly and Matilda ran around and had fun and did not have a traumatic goodbye. Mostly because Matilda doesn't understand linear time and space. "Bye Lilly! I'll see you tomorrow. I'll come back to [Perkins'] house tomorrow and bring my bathing suit and we'll go swimming."

Which, you know, nsm.

Our wings are not tired.

Watching those two was a lot of entertainment; especially the constant and casual clothes-swapping.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

She spent the ride home explaining over and over that Lilly has a swimming suit and so does she, only hers is at home, but next week she can bring her swimming suit over to [Perkins's] house and swim with Lilly, or maybe Emmett's house, and then suddenly she lurched over and fell asleep and didn't so much as twitch the rest of the way home.

Then she woke up as I was laying her down for her nap, and stroked my hair and worried about the gray and then suddenly lurched up and clutched at me and started begging, "Please don't die, Mommy! I don't want you to die! And I don't want my daddy to die. And..." -- hesitating, because this was the worst terror -- "...will Emmett not die?"

And now she's in the backyard dancing with her umbrella and laughing at her silly daddy. Three is a rollercoaster ride.

JESSICA, CONGRATULATIONS; THAT'S UTTERLY AWESOME! I had to asscap that because I'm SO EXCITED AND CRAZY JOYFUL FOR YOU!
