In happier cat news, I had the bright idea to feed Bella in the bathroom where she likes to hang out - it's cool and quiet. I think she's eating more! Yay, b/c 7 lb kitty does not need to lose weight.
For single servings of overnight oatmeal, the Little Dipper is exactly the right size.

Fred, given Bartleby's history, I'd vote for the infected tooth. His mouth is perfect now, due to Plaque Off, but it was a bleeding mess (no pun intended) in the beginning.
In fact, the Plaque Off does such a brilliant job that I didn't actually need to have his teeth cleaned the last time.

Trader Joe's has a quick cooking steel-cut oatmeal that takes about ten minutes.
Note: if accidentally purchased instead of regular oats, this does NOT make good cobbler topping.

Today I had a profound and sacred experience in the basillica di Santa Maria Croce, but no the kind most people probably have there.
The basillica contains the tombs of Galileo galilei and guglielmo Marconi.
This is what passes for a religious experience for me.
