Lorne: Back in Pylea they used to call me "sweet potato." Connor: Really. Lorne: Yeah, well, the exact translation was "fragrant tuber" but…

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aw, those are adorable.

I just wear scrubs I got from my uncle many years ago.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

As a coda to my digestive follies the other day, I'd like to mention that I got these [link] pajamas.

MAMA WANT. I've had the same snowflake fleece pjs from Gap for the last ten years... I wonder if it's too late to put those on my Xmas list? Technically mine are still serviceable, but... ten years! TEN YEARS! Ten YEARS! TEN years! t /piven in GPB

It used to be a tradition that we got pjs for Xmas. One year my mom, sister, and I all got powder blue floral flannel longjohns, complete with butt flap. There's photo evidence somewhere.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Pajamas are one of the easiest things in the world to sew and one of the best gifts ever to get. Especially if you make them out of fleece cause then you almost don't have to hem.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

When I was in college I had a couple t-shirts with paintings of colorful, big-ass goldfish on them. (They were hand-painted by an artist.)

I loved those shirts as I always got lots of compliments wearing them. Of course they wore out a long time ago.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Good luck with the opening, omnis.

It looks wonderful. Though, almost 50$? If I'm to spend that much money on a clothing item (remember that it's 1 dollar for ~4 shekels), it would have to be a really good and great jacket, a fancy dress or boots.

Not a top, though.

Pajamas are one of the easiest things in the world to sew

That ties in with my earlier post about I Must Learn to Sew. I mean -- sewing pajamas! It sounds like creating life from primordial ooze.

Car is all done getting oil changed and drive belts replaced and brake pads replaced. I blanched visibly at the total, but it had to be done, and before winter really kicked in. So, it's done.

And now I might drag my ass to the gym.

That would be fun! And, hell, I'd be happy to just learn how to cut the bodice off a dress and make the skirt into a proper skirt-with-waistband.

We could do that.
