May it do the job quickly and well, Daniel.
Todd, gorgeous necklace! And good taste on the part of the judges.
Sean, I'm loving you loving Italy. Keep posting, man. I need my vicarious tour!
Erin, it's so much fun watching you with M. Kids need all the good parenting available, I tell you what.
Sean, it has been great hearing about your trip to Italy. I really hope your time there is good for you.
Daniel, quick healing~ma!

Oh, thank you. Sometimes I feel like I'm doing the classic kid-did-blah-blah, but it's so new. And mostly interesting! I never thought I'd be a mom-figure, and I seem to be kinda decent at it so far.
And tomorrow, I will set him on fire, now that I've said that. Le sigh.
Tonight, I made a 32" x 32" patchwork quilt top. Tomorrow I go get fabric for the edging and backing and quilt binding and batting. Goal: to have quilt finished and wrapped by 2:00 tomorrow afternoon. JoAnn's opens at 9:00.
And also have the house cleaned.
Funny thing is, I'd been thinking of calling him to say, "It's 90 degrees out there, don't try to mow the lawn." So if Daniel had only waited a bit, he could have had a different excuse to not mow the lawn without the fuss and bother of a UTI.
Yay Hil!
Boo DCJ.
Yay Sean!
SIM seminar is going well. Brain is full, but learning TONS. Had a nice dinner with one of the faculty members. Talked about the new job, and seems rather promising. Pooped. Need to get to bed.
Yay for job possibilities, Hil!
Health~ma, DCJ.
Computer still dead. Wah. Waiting for a reboot disk and hoping my last backup was comprehensive. I'm attending an online conference (which is a fantastic idea) via my netbook today - I hope it holds up to the challenge.
