Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sean you get double points if you say it to a French monkey driving a bus.

move out and draw fire

Toddson, that's lovely!

I forget that not everyone lives at the base of large granite sub-sections of the Rocky Mountains.

I grew up at the south end of the Rockies, and lived in Denver for a bit. I've also lived around the Carpathians and Transylvanian Alps.

But The Alps? HOLY CRAP.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Trudy was out here in Utah a few years ago, and I remember her boggling at the mountains. I forget that not everyone lives at the base of large granite sub-sections of the Rocky Mountains.

Sighhhh They were so wonderful and EVERYWHERE. I think it was being in the middle of them that blew me away.

The first time I saw the Alps I was awaking on a train car in the middle of the night. The moon was so bright that I could see everything clear as day. The frame of the window made me feel like I was watching a film of the alps. It took me a long time to convince myself the whole thing was real.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Toddson, that is lovely!

I'm so envious of you world-traveling types. To comfort myself I think I'll eat General Tso's Chicken from our fav. local Chinese restaurant.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Speaking of world travel, this is where my DH is right now: [link] I am totally thrilled for him and deeply jealous in equal parts.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I have had Rockies, but no Alps. My favorite vacation memory is playing hide and seek in an almost empty Dover Castle/

Pretty, Toddson!

I'm excited about seeing the new ship tomorrow. A North Atlantic crossing on a brand new cruise ship that is the largest in this fleet. What could go wrong?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Toddson, gorgeous! What stones did you say?

Damn I need to renew my passport. And win the lottery.

I'm happy that my passport might get a few more stamps this trip. So much of my travel recently has been on ships and they rarely stamp.

I do have entry stamps for Jamaica and The Bristish Virgin Islands, but no exit stamps.
