Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

'Underneath'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

While I know it's not what you mean, I am choosing to believe this means you'll read anyone paired with Gerard Way.

Hey look! This is one of the reasons why Cass is my favorite.

Isn't it time to re-read Bandpires again?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

When isn't it a good time to reread Bandpires? It's bloodplayarific and bantery.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Mr T was in The Blues Brothers? Does anybody know which scene?

All is well that ends in pizza.

I cant recall Mr. T. in the blues Brothers, at least the first movie.

Maybe he wasn't in character?

Remember that unfortunately named town in Minnesota? It got hit by a tornado yesterday, producing yet another memorable headline:

Tornado In Kiester Causes 'Absolute Destruction'

Luckily no deaths.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

There are so many unfortunately named towns in Minnesota, I have come to realize. I like to think that it's all a major inside joke and the town founders were LOLing as they picked the names.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Interestingly enough, Bandpires made it in under the JilliRule.

Someday I will write a fic called Toro Slash.

It's all about shredding and fros and an in-depth discussion of if Ray should get a top hat too.

He's listed in imdb as (uncredited) Man on Street.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

The fic conversation is amusing (wings? seriously?) but I can't really join in. There's someone on Dreamwidth who writes BSG, but I tend to fall asleep before the twenty-five story series are finished. I don't read much else. (Well, except for Faith/Buffy occasionally. Or indeed Faith/anyone. Mmm. Faith.)

Final day of my course. I don't think I've ever done anything for seven days in a row. I have no idea how I'm going to stay awake. But it will probably involve copious amounts of caffeine.
