Shir, I think it is awesome that you have channeled such a disgusting horrible event into energy to create something positive.

Feh, no kids home tonight so I made a great dinner and had thoughts of lounging in the spa with chilly tasty beverages, and DH has basketball games until late. Oh well, I ate my share of the dinner and poured a tall glass and am watching previously recorded General Hospital. Not exactly romantic evening, but relaxing nonetheless.

I'm sorry I alarmed people. I talked to my therapist for a while, and got support from ND and a friend. I have my therapist on speed dial, and will go to the er if I start to feel that low again.
