Gary Coleman has died.
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I can never go braless again!
(Sorry, Gary.)
P-C, thanks for the link. I did see it, and may comment when I'm feeling better.
In continuing bucket o' misery news, my chest feels tight even though there's nothing in it. Weird. And of course it's 3:18 on the Friday before a long weekend, so I can't decide whether to try and get to the doc or not.
smonster, under the circs, I think it's better to go than not go.
Yeah... calling doc now.
Because, if it was, like, Wednesday, you could always go tomorrow. But since this is Friday, and a holiday weekend, to boot, it's better to get it checked out, since your alternative will be urgent care until Tuesday.
Exactly.
I've got an appointment at four, just gotta figure out how to get there. I have a ride, but both that or the bus will get me there late.
Personally, I would be very reluctant to go into see a doctor on the Friday afternoon before a 3-day weekend. I've taken people in under those circumstances and it's really hard to get care as everybody has bunked off and they're short staffed.
I mean, if you're in distress or getting worse, of course go. But you're almost certainly going to be there for many hours.
David, I have an actual appointment with someone who's not my regular doctor. And honestly, I don't care if I have to wait, and I doubt it'll be more than half an hour. I feel like I'm wearing a too tightly-laced corset without the fun boobage.
eta I know it's shitty to wait until the last minute, but this is new in the last couple of hours.

Good call on going in. I'm willing to wait out a lot of symptoms, but lung stuff is not good to ignore.
