Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
That's where I tend to, Seska.
He can practice on being vaguely understood in other realms of the internet.
Also: it took me a month and two hours to write what I want on my henna tattoo, but I just sent the instructions to my graphic-designer friend. Yay! I can't wait to wear it on me. If I would have ever made up my mind about the content of a tattoo, despite all my hate to unnecessary pain, I'm pretty sure the basic design I'd have on me.
When I was pregnant with Frisco, I developed major pain in the heel of one of my feet. I went and bought a pair of brown crocs and black crocs and wore them every day of the rest of my pregnancy. I wore the black ones until they fell apart and I still wear the brown ones.
I just tried to find a picture but i'm not sure they even make that style anymore. But they were cute and comfortable.
See? People who never even wore gauchos back me up!
I would never wear gauchos (sorry, Aims), but I love my croc sandals: [link]
I walked about two miles in those the weekend before Kalee was born without a problem.
My mom is *this* close to drive the shit out of me. When that I say I need undisturbed time to study I do not mean, for some reason, to "come by every 20 minutes so we could have a little chat and ask me to do urgent stuff around the house that will take more than 25 minutes out of my "undisturbed time"".
And after, when she asks why I'm upset and I go "oh, I didn't have the time to finish my homework and now I'm too tired to even try to solve them. That's all", and she goes "oh, so what are you planning to do about it?", trying not to yell at her/burst into tears is very, very hard.
@Sparky - no worries! Gauchos are not for everyone. And those are the Cleo sandals! I want a pair SO BAD.
Shir, that sounds so frustrating. My sister has that problem, too, she lives at home. I don't suppose you can put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign, lock the door, and put on some headphones?
I wore gauchos and LOVED THEM. And I'm not ashamed. I loathe regular Crocs with the burning hatred of a thousand fiery suns, but will admit that some of their other styles border on cute.
I'm at work - we'll see how long I last. I've got a crapload of stuff to do AND meetings taking up a good chunk of my day, yay stress!

Nope. Between that and my noisy neighbors, I try to stay in uni as much as I can. But it doesn't help me when I try and study during the weekends.
Don't supposed I could just, dunno, move in the library? Cause I totally would.
Max is home and on several meds. Luckily, most of them fit together into one of the capsules we had left over from Teddy's cyclosporine doses. Unfortunately, the one that doesn't fit is the 2 milliliters of the liquid antibiotic that makes Max foam at the mouth.
On the other hand, Max now has his Halloween costume, as long as he wants to dress up as a rabid cat.

The Mary Janes are adorable and they even have some Doc-looking leather ones, also.
