Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
Sounds like the restaurant has gotten several complaints, and the owner for some unfathomable reason has decided that all the complaints come from one person using fake names who's trying to insult him and ruin his business. IOW, he's nuts. Shame on him for being a person like he is!
