[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I wouldn't recommend this method.

Yay, that sounds a bit hard core.

I used over the counter supplements, in particular a product called Promensil and I believe that helped a lot.

Those are a type of soy supplement, aren't they? Off to Google!

Our wings are not tired.

Both the progesterone cream and promensil are much cheaper via ebay or other on line sources.

Ah, iso-whozits. And since I'm already have bone loss issues, they're going to get worse. I'm going to have to really bite the bullet and get off the diet Coke. Dammit. And it's not even for the caffeine, it's for the carbonation. I've discovered that my addiction isn't to the caffeine, as such, but to bite. I'm so bad at the breaking habits thing.

Club soda, lemon juice and real or artificial sweetener. Bubbly lemonade, plenty of bite. Lime juice and limade. If you don't have sugar issues, fruit juice, bubbly with a bit of lemon and lime. (Also clear sodas. It is phosphoric acid, not CO2 that causes bone loss and other problems.)
