Yeah, I don't think it's that odd. Also, now feels really guilty about how I take care of my animals! But...they've lived a pretty long time and seem happy! and sheesh.
recs on ankle braces? amyth has a torn ligament and probably needs surgery but won't be able to get it for a while.
When I destroyed my ankle a couple of years ago, I wore an ASO ankle brace, and it worked wonders. I recommend it unreservedly.

My guilt reflex is very sensitive lately. It doesn't take much.
