Okay. Poked around a bit (JenK had recommended the SF Firefighters Credit Union), and the Yelp reviews are really really selling me. I'm pretty certain that once the current round of bills clears and we're all square with the current bank, we're moving.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Adding to what javachik posted, I believe they will now have to process deposits first brfore debits.
skippity skip collapse
Well, we're about 70% moved and I'm exhausted. My Fucking Uncle has been doing drive-by's all freaking day. Assface.
15 more hours and we're done. Thank God.
Ow. Headache. Maybe scotch isn't so nice.

Are you sufficiently hydrated? Important when boozing....
Like all other financial institutions, Bank of America is affected by the new rule, but it is going a step further than the rule requires. Starting June 19, Bank of America customers' debit card purchases will no longer go through if there is not enough money in their account, according to a March 10 Associate Press story. And if a customer attempts to withdraw more than his or her balance, he or she will have to agree to pay a $35 overdraft fee before the ATM will disperse the requested funds
Fuckin Commies. Where is my America, huh?

I am watching Fringe with friends and timing the ice on amyth's ankle. I don't know why I enjoy first aid as much as I do.
Florence Nightingale! Is that you? t /reincarnation joke
I'm with you, seriously. Even with the needle phobia, I'm all about the medical intervention. More than one person has asked if I am a nurse...nope...no formal training at all...but people seem to come to me first for some reason.
Years ago, a friend called about a mutual friend who had fallen on the soccer field. "A. hurt her elbow and, well, she won't listen to any of the rest of us about going to the hospital. Could you drop everything and come talk to her?"
I show up, glance at the wound..."Dude, get your coat. We are going to the hospital." A chorus of it's-not-that-bads ensues. "Really? Not that bad? A! I can see the BONE...and the ligaments. And there are ROCKS in there. Let's roll."
It sounds gross, I suppose, but I was totally fascinated by it and loved the nurse practitioner for letting me observe the irrigation and stitching process. But when the pain meds, via hypo were busted out, I had to leave the room.
Is there something about scotch that makes it produce worse hangovers? I had two drinks, and now I feel like hell. I've had four or five mixed drinks in a night before and didn't feel anywhere near this bad afterward.
