If I ever found a food that could help me sleep for 7 hours without waking I would be very very happy. But then sleep and I have a somewhat fitful relationship.
But the 7 hours didn't make me feel good! I'm groggy, bloated and sluglike.
And, while I totally agree with you Steph that this withdrawal is not like a narcotic, but I'm not joking...I find myself making the most ridiculous rationalizations for my wheat seeking behavior. It's pathetic, especially since I know the impact on my physiology and psyche.
Yay for you Sean.
I have doe a good cleaning job on 1/4 of my small living room. Serious dust removal . Whichever way I go next invovles paper piles. Really don't wanna.
and ion, watching people kung fu fight with fish -- well worth watching over and over
Ys, I tivoed Mega Piranha. Nothing better than a really bad movie when doing evil cleaning
I don't think it's a good idea for me to take something like that, not with small kids and a husband who is blessed with the ability to sleep through just about anything.
The effects of Ambien for me are really dose related, so 10 mg makes me a zombie; 7.5 puts me to sleep for a shorter time, but I'm not confused if woken up in the middle of the night; and 5 mg is relaxing and helps me sleep if I'm not in the "it's midnight and suddenly I'm awake enough to solve world peace" mode. You might try just a tiny bit and see how you do.
Right now, however, I'm on one antibiotic that causes insomnia and another that affects how Ambien is metabolized, so all bets are off.
Where are you going to go, 00-Sean?
ooops, the piranha just sank a battleship. Where is Godzilla when you need him?
ooops, the piranha just sank a battleship.
Don't worry, they still have a destroyer and two submarines.
Yay, Sean!
vw, I hope your mom is ok. I'm sorry you're so stressed. Any time you want to come over and bitch and be fed, let me know.
I have my follow up with my doctor tomorrow to get the results of my blood tests regarding my pain issues. I'm so scared, and I don't even know what to hope for.
