Yeah, I could do that, but I'm paralyzed with not caring very much.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

What holiday is coming up Shir? I should probably know, but I don't.

Hanukkah!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Whoa, it's coming up that soon? I have got to pay more attention.

Yay wine, indeed.

Yay wine! Yay Hanukkah! Yay Muppets' Bohemian Rhapsody!

I can't believe I have to go now. Once again, university directs me away from actual studying. Fuckers.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Wow. You people do a LOT of work for Thanksgiving. I hope it's a good one for everyone!

We were going to have a Chrismakkah party, but no one could come. We're inviting a different friend to light a candle with us each night, instead.

Shir, that book looks fascinating. I shall add it to my wish list.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Thanksgiving is not until tomorrow. (Our Thursday, which starts later than yours.)

I have made pumpkin pies and am cooling them. Because my thanksgiving will be simple this year, everything else waits until tomorrow. (Cornish games heads with corn bread stuffing (onions and mushrooms), sweet pototoes with wine, honey, cinammon and raisins; green beans with garlic, facon and almonds; cranberries with lemon juice, apple and sugar, and the pumpkin pies I made tonight for desert.

Heh.

Yeah, I knew it was Thursday. (Always a four-day weekend, right?) Was just inspired to wish happies by all the cooking talk. It's very impressive. All that pie and turkey.

not your mom's socks.

Happy birthday Daisy Jane!

Amych not only do I endorse your breakfast plan, I think you are brilliant for adopting it.

Sweet and regular potatoes ready for baking, stuffing on notice, turkey in brine. DH swears he's got the bread under control.

Happy Thanksgiving to those as celebrate it!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."
