I'm a beef eater. My Iron used to be fine for the red cross, but now I am under 12. 11.6- 11.8, I belive. No change in my diet, just female. So organizing a blood drive, hey that works.

Question--how much foes one tip movers? They're a bit slow but also v helpful in terms of taking shit apart and, I hope, putting it back together. They're $90 an hour for two guys and a truck.

Meara, I'm horrible at the tipping thing (except for food service). But when I moved to TX, I tipped each guy $20 and ice cream sandwiches. They didn't raise a nose or anything. And with the heat, really appreciated the ice cream.
Heat not so much a problem today in our neck of the woods.
