okay, cheesecake is in the fridge to firm up, sweet potato hazelnut bars are in the oven. I think that I might go get some more heavy cream so that I can do whipped cream on top.
soup is done, put away. mushroom pate -- we are staring the process.
Pies are baked. I made apple, pecan, and pumpkin.
I am sending my boyfriend out for milk and dinner.
However, all of the cleaning is done, except for odd things like silver polishing and wine glass rinsing.
Now, for a break, then make the ham glaze and put the ham in!
I'm sitting in tech rehearsals until 10:30 tonight.
I am loving the Thanksgiving prep-and-post, btw.
Dammit, why don't I have Season 4 of Buffy on DVD? I want to watch the Thanksgiving ep while the ham is baking.
I just discovered there's a pasta shop on College that sells day-old pasta at a reduced price. I picked up a half-pound of gorgonzola-walnut ravioli for three bucks. I can't wait for dinner!
