I tell you I have this theory. It goes where, you're the one who's not my sister. Cuz mom adopted you from a shoe box full of baby howler monkeys, and never told you cuz it could hurt your delicate baby feelings.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Librarian Warlord

My DH just pulled out a bunch of stuff last night that might bear on our taxes, and tried to tell me I had to sit down right then and figure it out. Grrr.

Erin! Bride to be! I will be in KC (well, Overland Park and Blue Springs) and will probably be able to get away from the DH's family on Sunday the 18th for a little while! I may be accompanied by an 11 month old!

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I'm glad my tax post is reminding folks. My brain had chalked it up as done, for I went thru the many steps. But not all.

Shir, the quakes were in northern Mexico. My mom felt them in Escondido CA, which is 50 miles or so north of the border. No damage to her area. Dunno about the San Diego Buffistas.

ION I think I ate too much refined sugar yesterday. Tummy is a weee bit queesey.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think I found my next tat. I want a design based on this [link] with shoots and leaves for my family. (And a little bud for the one I lost.)

Now I just need to decide where it goes. Wrist growing up towards the elbow would be great but hard to hide at work (both of my current tats are in mostly-covered-by-clothes places).

Today's XKCD is earthquake related. Very cute.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Jessica, that is gorgeous and a lovely idea. I am also considering a wrist tattoo - it's definitely a big step to take (depending on workplace and/or career trajectory).

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

It does sound like a wonderful tat, Jessica.

I can see some of the old-school CBS union guys looking at me funny, but OTOH they already see me here every day with bright blue hair.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

My interwebs are telling me that there was a big earthquake in the Mostly-Buffista Side of the World.

All OK?

There was no damage here; nothing knocked over but it was very roley and it made us seasick and went on for waaay too long. Usually we don't have time to ask each other, "shouldn't it be over by now?"

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Pharmaceutical people: Is there a database or other source that will tell you how many/much of a particular drug is sold outside the US? We already know the drug in question is not sold in the US yet.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Most things in this country seem to be okay. Less so in Mexico. Natter tends to be the earthquake thread for reasons I've never even thought to wonder about. Quakes happen and I pop in there.
