So I had an interesting commute. There was a slightly saucy OKC chat on my iPhone that I did *not* initiate, from a guy I'd never spoken to before. That was punctuated by the drunk/high guy who needed me to put a bandaid on his bleeding finger and then asked if he could come hang at my crib (direct quote) and then couldn't figure out how to put up the bike rack when he got off so I had to hop out and do it. And to top it off I twisted my foot. I love my Danskos, but damn they do not mix well with gravel.
Hello, my nice safe computer.
ND, we were in Minneapolis airport for four hours yesterday!
Good luck, erin!!! Mercury doesn't go into retrograde until the 11th, I think.
I nearly sprained an ankle coming out of the bakery this morning. Good thing the croissants were worth it!
YAY Baby!! Welcome Luna!
I should have not come to work. Joe said so but I came anyway. But ... lots to do before tomorrow so I couldn't stay home.
Now, if my boss takes a look at me and can feel the 102 temp coming off of me and *sends* me home, that's something else entirely.
That is ungood, Aims. Hurry up, boss - notice.
La bella Luna!!!
And - omg - Callaluna - I'm glad that you and the baby are okay.
Wow, Callaluna. I hope you're recovering OK from the traumatic-sounding surgery. But yay for Luna!
Feel better, Aims. (And go home!)
OMG, Callaluna, how scary! Glad you and your new little person are all right! Your husband sounds like a wonderful man!
Welcome to the world, baby Luna! Quick recovery thoughts for you, Callaluna. It sounds like you are in good hands.
Welcome to the world, Luna! We're so happy to see you (or we will be once Mommy recovers enough to post some pics :) )
CL, sorry to hear about the rough labor/delivery, but sounds like you were a champ! And DH was too! Big hugs and kisses to all three of you!
