Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Coffee: You're working right now, right? So only free on weekends?

Yep. But weekends I'm free! (Um, except for the weekends of April 10 & 17, because I have GCS events.)

Reply to ominis' Super Seekrit message: Well, yeah, but that's no secret.

the natural sugars from the tall glass of Orange Juice have worn off. Brain shutting down now. must nap. Alas, at work, can't nap. If I whine like a 5 year old, do ya think they will let me go take a nap?

brillig

So this time tomorrow I'll have a hole in my shoulder and a repaired bone. I'm trying not to be terrified. I suppose it's easier to get your first surgery under your belt young, when you're not as cognizant of everything that can go wrong. And possibly never have watched an episode of House --or any other medical show, for that matter.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

~ma to you, Connie. This is something of a reversal in your household, but I'm sure you'll both come through. And step away from the House.

Good luck tomorrow, Connie. I imagine hubby would rather be getting surgery done than doing the waiting room thing.
