((((Beth)))) I may have said this already, but if there's anything you want to say to Andy, say it now. And remember that getting the vet involved may be the least bad option.
((((Shir)))) Alternative vet medicine can be surprisingly effective. We took Teddy to a veterinary acupuncturist -- it did him a lot of good.
veterinary acupuncturist
Oh yes! I think I've told a couple of acupuncture success stories for dogs here before...none for tumors...but some fairly serious end-of life issues made much easier with acupuncture.
And Beth, many comforting thoughts coming your way.
Sox, generic~ma for you this week.
Smonster, no-kill-people~ma for you. Remember, jail sucks. You might not have internet access, and we'd miss you.
Shir & Beth, tons of brackets. Too many to fit in this box.

IOmeN: there will be a lot of things I miss about this place, but this is one that I will not. Notes from this weekend rehearsal. Mind you, it's an 11 story building:
This morning when [actress] came in for the brush-up rehearsal, she got stuck in the elevator between floors 6 and 7. We went down to security, who could not reach anyone via walkie or phone. [facility guy] finally got a hold of [building production manager] on his cellphone and eventually [actress] was let out; she was in there about 30 minutes (we actually had to start the brushup rehearsal in the hall outside the elevators on Level 7 so we would have time to fit it in).
Talk about troopers and "the show must go on" mentality, huh?
OK, back to work for me.
Task for today - get through day without quitting or inflicting violence on a coworker.
A particular coworker or any one of them? Knowing will make an alibi easier for whoever wants to provide one.

I'm so sorry, Beth.
Much love to you and Matt right now.
And Shir, I'm sorry, and I hope his passing is peaceful.
