I did get them. I ended up getting those interlocking foam squares that they sell for kids' rooms, and it's great, except that one of the squares isn't quite square and won't stay interlocked and it bugs me.
Hil, how's the ankle? Good to hear that crutches are helping. I have the same problem where I compensate for some joints by over-using others. My walker helps a lot with that.
I'm doing OK today. Very glad that it's the weekend and I can take a few days to just rest, though.

So I am having A Day. I feel like my life is (still or again, I forget) spiraling out of control. Scouts, TBall, school, work, family - everything I touch right now seems to be turning to crap. Blah blah blah business as usual.
However, my husband - magnificent man that he is - gets me to stop sobbing by remindng me that in all the possibilities ever, there is, somewhere, a Vulcan named "Snack".

You have a loving husband there who helps out. He picks up that dropped ball and tosses it back into your cascade. The trick is knowing, that some of those balls are both of your responsibilities. So you need to remember you can toss a few for him to juggle with you. That is the beauty of a great marriage. You create a wonderful double rainbow.

As I do not frequent the show threads, no clue where it is discussed, but Spartacus: Blood and Sand is turning out to be a rather good show. The newest episode up on Netflix has the bonus of an episode full of
lots of lovely bare breasts.
