I sear scallops and then nom them. Often with a mango salsa to sit them on.
Oh, ffffuck, that would be good. I had scallop sushi once that had a wee piece of kiwi in the roll (scallop was on top), and that was too tart. But mango would be excellent.

And a mango salsa is really easy to make. It's a bit of chopping and then a fast mix. I sear the scallops (in a dab of olive oil because what I always have on hand is olive oil) and then put them on top of the salsa.
Now I'm hungry.

I generally use frozen mango chunks, sj. Easier than making sure I have ripe mangos.

However, my officemate has also been very nice about picking stuff up from the printer for me. (I've been printing a ton of stuff, and my computer prints to a printer that's in a different room, and it's been bugging my ankle to keep walking back and forth, so he told me to just ask him to pick stuff up when I need it.)
